Southern Celebrity Bollywood Actress Payal Ghosh to play a role inspired by Radhe Maa in 'Jai Mata Di'. Mumbai: Actress Payal Ghosh will play a character inspired by self-proclaimed spiritual leader Radhe Maa in Saurabh Verma's next directorial venture 'Jai Mata Di' which will be going to the floors very soon. On being quizzed about her next project, Payal said, “After my first Hindi film, I was looking for a script which will not only excite me as an actor but also as a viewer. I feel 'Jai Mata Di' is the perfect challenge for me. I am currently prepping for the film and since my character is loosely based on Radhe Maa, I have been watching several videos of women spiritual leaders to get into the skin of the character. I am eagerly waiting for the film to start." Payal Ghosh started her acting career making her debut in the Blockbuster Telegu Film “Prayanam” which made her instant Celebrity in the South. She also acted in Kanada and Tamil films. Last year she made her Bollywood debut with “Patel Ki Punjabi Shadhi” a rom-com film directed by Sanjay Chel, in the lead role along with Rishi Kapoor, Paresh Rawal & Vir Das.
